Just bought the heng long steal gear box (not the white metal) and was wondering could I use the motors off the plastic gears was looking on compotent shop and stuck with the motors which would give me better pulling with more tank like speed and would I just transfer the wires off the motors I have to the new ones

Tank is the tiger 1 smoke and sounds\bb

Hello Sean.... the motors on gearbox sets are generally the same... changing them is easy...keep the two from the plastic gearboxes can be kept for spares... all you do is unscrew the two mounting screws.... same when you swap them out.. then all you do is plug them into the RX ...take note of polarity and which plug went where on the RX ... that way you won't turn right when pushing left and visa versa
