colour of mg mount

I am assuming that the cupola mg mount for the PZ4 and Tiger 1 was part of the overall camo pattern for the particular theatre of war, but if there was some differences I would like to know. shaun

Hi Shaun,

I think they would be in just the base colour, as would be other removable items like the Jack and C hooks, at least that is how I do mine.

I'm sure others will either confirm this, or tell me I'm wrong :D

Hallo Paul a good weekend? I have painted it gunmetal simply because it would not reflect light and would probably have been available in a small tin in a cubby hole by the loaders seat. :think: shaun

I'm sure the gunmetal is ok too, at the end of the day it has to look right to you :thumbup:

hi jarndice I have done mine gunmetal as well , as most mounts are the same colour as the mg , tanker 242.
