Er well, to get that gender correct I suppose wizardry would be better, but as I don't possess a magic wand and didn't attend Hogwarts (I wish!) I have to say that the magic part is the CAD technology. The rest is plain old slog at the pc.
That said many thanks for those kind words. Much much more work is needed, I expect the cad side will take many weeks and the printing/assembly even longer. My finger ends are already calloused and sore from cleaning and assembling the tracks!

Thanks for the URL on the blue 'chain': I plan to check out what else "Blue Sky Components" has to offer.

Well some of the dificult parts are done, still all the hull plating to do which is detailed, finicky, and fairly complex with all the bolt heads. Before I start that though I will print the frames off and make sure it all fits together.

I have a motorcycle....
There is a normal steel chain, you can look for it on other resources.
I think it will be a higher quality part.....

Many thanks Pavel, I did source some metal chain in case the nylon one fails, but I have high hopes for the nylon one.

Pavel no advice is stupid, and it's always very welcome. Thanks for your valued contribution.

Re: 3D Mark IV Tank build
Pavel, you are more help than you believe of yourself. I found that the blue chain Alwyn is using is not readily available in the U.S. But Ali Express is available in the U.S. so the source of chain is here, too. Thank you!
