Heng long based scratchbuilit 6x6 truck.

Heng Long/WPL are now manufacturing 1/16 scale RC trucks, so it seemed sensible to create a forum area dedicated to the amazing things that members are doing with them. Post your builds, mods, and tips here.

As Mike said Lee that bed is spectacular. Late last night I removed both exhausts behind the cab and started mounting one up front where you did. Did you use the kit exhaust and modify it with some screen? It looks very nice.

Thank you Michael, much appreciated

Carl, I used the original truck exhaust but where the bend was in it half way down I heated it up and straightned it out, I then drilled a hole through the fender to place it through, the heat guard is actually a photo etch engine grille off my panther build that was spare, waste not want not :D I then just bent it around the front of the exhaust

Cheers, Lee.

Lee this is top notch work! Now you have maybe touched on something....

Can the Torro front wheels and tires be purchased separately for use on our trucks?

Unfortunately not Carl , I have been in touch with torro in Germany before I went down the route with the wheels I've used but they do not supply them separately
