Yes, I have it. The tank- on- tank action shots are made with first-rate CGI. Unless CGI can actually conjure up a working Panther tank, it would also appear that the Russians had one for use in the film. :eh:
Do watch it if you get the chance. Apart from Tank-candy, they've even managed (by semi-improbable scripting) to lever in Russki femme-fatale translator-candy :D
Beautiful landscapes on show too... :D

Good Morning,
I watched it in segments in Russian with horrible subtitles then went and bought a copy once it was available. Worth the effort.

I've got it on DVD and I must say I really enjoyed the film. It was much better than I expected and the action sequences are really good.

Fun action-adventure flick without pretending to be historicaly accurate. Far better than pompous "Fury". It remind me beloved in Poland 60s series "Czterej pancerni i pies" ("Four tankmen and the dog").

Russians now making lots of those patriotic ww2 films and this one is IMHO the best of them.

Bought the blue ray version and throughly enjoyed it,though I’m not sure a Panzer III taking on a T34 is a wise decision lol
I was able to point out the pink piping on Jagers uniform to the wife who had expressed doubts as to its being correct.yes dear they did have pink in their uniforms.lol
As to it’s being compared to Fury remember they did use real tanks for the most part in that movie including Tiger 131 which was to me just chilling when it finally broke cover. Giving any Sherman crew a perfectly sound reason to crap their drawers!

Subtitles or dubbed??? It's on my watch lis.

Also, anyone else seen "White Tiger"? I stumbled across it - very entertaining but the end was a bit of a letdown.
