Does he do 1/16th RC
Christophe, take a look at his profile, and then look at his topics, you will not be disappointed

Well, it's usually the kind of question we ask to start a discussion and know more about the other subjects of interests. In fact, the answer to the question is so obvious that usually peoples understand we ask for more info (are you into 1/16 only?)

My apologies, I missed the "Only" in translation.

no apologies and you didn't miss anything, "seulement" does not appear in my post, it's a "sous-entendu".

Hi, it evolved over 49 years of modelling, i started with dinosaurs, then moved to aircrafts for 10 years, then to 1/35 armor for 20 years, then to RC planes for a short time (could not get anything off the ground, besides they are too noisy, complicated and dangerous), then to Verlinden 1/15 resin armor (did most of them). Then i discovered the 1/16 Heng Long RC tanks line where i had my fill of Tigers, Panthers, PzIII and IV for a few years. After getting bored in kitbashing the N version of their model, i discovered the Ludwig basic kits which opened up a new era and led to increased skills. Oh, i do a couple of Tamiya and main stream 1/16 armor here and there. I never went back to airplanes though, they take too much space on the shelf. But i really like the way you brought life to a shelf queen. You triggered my interest into maybe doing RC planes but not for the purpose of flying and crashing them.

Hi, thank you for your message.
The "2000" is really a beauty (not my model, the real one!) we often saw them flying ove the coast here, glad you like it!
You're wrong about one point though... planes don't need to fly to crash: this one is indeed my second model... First one fell of my desk and believe me, if it never flew, it crashed well!
I never had any problem of space, this one is (roughly) 25x15cm... My wife complains only about the noise... ;)
Same for tanks. My "Tiger 1" - I posted it just before seeing your post is 16x10cm.
Christophe
