Here is the build thread for those interested.

Too bad about those pesky photobucket watermarks. I stopped using them.

Wow, this is fantastic. It certainly floats my boat.

Just one thing, and only one thing, that white string at the back, it screams out, "be dirty with me" ;)

Utterly FANTASTIC !!

I've got one of these in my "stash" and intend to build it into a M4A2. I hope mine turns out half as nice as yours.

Good Morning,
A Lovely and Industrial Sherman! Which motors and electronics are you using to drive that baby around with? Pics of the Build are always appreciated as well.
regards,
Painless

Thanks guys! Painless, it's a static model actually. I don't think the styrene tracks could handle rc.

Fantastic Sherman, Orntar! You have done an outstanding job on this! I second Son of a gunner's thought on the "string" rope. Another truly constructive thought, is that you might want to tone down the rusty color of the metal guide horns and the duckbills. Unless they sat for an extended period of time, they would not have rusted that much. If you were to paint them a metallic/steel color first and then dry brush them with a rusty color. This would give you more realistic finish and bring out some more of the details of both. Other than these two suggestions, this is a spectacular Sherman. Please don't take my suggestion as a criticism, as I surely do not intend it to be anything other than constructive. Thank you for sharing all of your photos of it. Jack Cherry
