Getting rid of idle beep on Flysky-T6

Post by Jay-Em »

Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of that infernal, incessant beeping when the transmitter is idle for a couple of seconds?

It’s annoying to the umpteenth degree to have to endure that beeping when adjusting stuff on the tank with the transmitter on for quick testing.

I finally resorted to opening the transmitter up and stuffing the beeper inside with some epoxy. Silence. Finally. :P

Well you could just flick the right stick down...or even turn it off? lol.

Mine eats batteries, I am rather glad it warns me I have left it on!

Ya I would love to just be able in the settings to turn off the FlySky i6 Beeping every time you press the select Button sounds? When setting it up even it drives not just me crazy and is loud also!

Hi, We would be much happier if instead of answering 3 year old threads that you first said Hallo on our introduction page,
Then we can better get to know what experience in r/c you have and where in the world you are etc.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Completely agree with Jarndice !!!! would be a minimum nice. Indeed registration and question following concerns? the same day 8O for info, on this type of radio, and less to tamper with the radio? there is no way even in the menu to turn off this beep? otherwise it would be useless ... and as said above, being a large consumer of energy, better to avoid forgetting to switch off.

You can turn the volume down to zero which I think includes the alarms
