Tamiya king tiger

Hi I've just installed the DMD unit in my king tiger and set it according to tamiya manual but when I switch tank on the turret rotates slightly and tracks rotate . But if I turn transmitter on first then switch on tank it works fine can any one help.

Hey Mate what sort of transmitter are you using ?

Hi it's a standard 4 channel tamiya transmitter .

hello mate try this wiring to receiver dmd number1 -1 dmd number2-4 dmd number3-2 dmd number4-3 put it in like so on receiver 1423 then set up as manual says both my kittys run like this. ps when moving stick left to right , right to left dont go all the way to the sides full stick movement leave a bit because gun fire will be one of these side moves

Havent tried that way before...... I swap 1 and 4 around so it goes 4231 left stick drives and steers right does gun and turret.......

hello mate yes this works found these out on a old post far short of buying a futaba all rc in the uk takes ages to set up on tamiya this way is so much better 1423 have this on my tiger 1 as well
