HengLong 6.0s Setup

Post by flyingbogey »

I am in no doubt that I have done something quite daft with some nice random button presses. Having soured the web too I can find very little on the menu structure for the Tx/Rx of the 6.0s or how to set factory default config.
Anyway.
On right stick drive control I have managed to make Forward and Reverse drive stick right and left.
Stick forward and Back have no control..

Any thoughts on how to put Forward and Reverse on to stick Forward and Back?
Thanks in Advance.

Do you have the operational manual for it ? I have a tk6.1s which came with one and I'm 99% sure that somewhere within it states the buttons that need to be pressed to move the steering from one stick to the other, I'm not certain if the 6.0s operates the same though  if you have no luck I will try and dig my manual out later this evening

Hi Lee,

No I bought the setup from ebay as an upgrade.
It was working as expected when I first used it so I'm certain its my tomfoolery that broke it.

Take a look at the link to another thread on the forum, it shows how to change the stick configuration, it's on page 2 towards the bottom

Hey there Lee,

The thread looks pertinent as I have swap my drive motors feeds over as the right left turn was back to front. I will restore that and fault find from there.
Thank you for the lead!

No worries, glad you got it sorted :D the great thing about the forum is the wealth of knowledge of it's members, you can bet your bottom dollar that somebody has encountered the same problems that you may be having and when this information is shared it can save a lot of headaches
