HL TK 6.1 vs HL RX18 ( v4.0) MFU-why turret slowed down

Hello. In may 2020, when I replaced the old MFU with a new one TK 6.1, it turned out that the turret slowed down. Very undesirable in the rc model of modern MBT. Especially Abrams where a full turn of the turret (360 degrees) takes about 9 seconds.
Then I made made this video for comparison purposes. But because huge problems with my graphic card on my PC, only now I was able to prepare them for you.
