henglong 6.0s problems

Hello everybody again ,have an issue with my 6.0 henglong board ,i have just fitted a tiger 1 taigen turret with recoil and flash all working great then gun elevation stopped working,if i unplug from ch4 elevation and plug into turret rotation elevation works fine using rotation on hand controller.My question is is the output ch4 knackerd, have checked with volt meter getting around 2 volts on pin when elevating up and zero volts going down on any pins to ground,didnt know if i had upset setting by pushing combination of buttons together on handset when setting up recoil ect.Many tanks Scott
