Buzzing motors

Buzzing motors

Hi just put in new motors and gear boxes in a heng long Sherman 27 MHz the new gear boxes are heng long steel via forgebear after we have reconcted them up there giving of a buzzing sound and I think ones running slower than the other but I need to double check that tomorrow
Any ideas

Is it making the buzzing sound across the rev range or just before the motor starts to turn?
If it's before it starts then that could be the speed control circuit pulse that you're hearing.

Normally motors buzz when they can't turn feely. Make sure nothing is jamming, like the tracks, sprocket or gears, best to see if the tracks can be moved by hand with the power off.
