ElMod Fusion Pro and Mac High Sierra

Evening, has anyone had problems with the above? Everything worked fine on the old ElModconfig until I was recently forced to upgrade from Yosemite.

Thomas had tried feverishly to help, suggesting I download and use the ElMod app instead. Despite his best efforts the app won’t work either, he reckons it’s a driver thing, despite loading the driver.dmg.

Completely lost without it, and not prepared to go the windows route....... any ideas please........would great, or very reluctantly it’s onto another board.

What are you trying to do? Setup sounds/functions?

I have windows for elmod if you can’t get it working.

Thanks mate, very kind of you. I’m maybe gonna look at a cheap windows tablet that has USB and SD slot.......... any thoughts?? Be a shame to move away from ELMOD if I plan any further builds.

The tablet would work, or a cheap laptop to take to meets and adjust as necessary.

Maybe worth getting the Bluetooth adapter and using phone app

Thanks for the suggestions, like the Bluetooth dongle idea...... never even considered that. I’ve emailed Thomas for his thoughts on any compatability issues with a Macbook.

Shame there’s no IOS version.

Hi The ELMOD software is working on my mac. High Sierra 10.13.6 on iMac. As its a 3rd party application i think you might need to grant permission for it to run. Remember having a problem getting it to work. No issues on any of my fusion pro boards when changing settings, could it be the cable.
