Yeah I bought the Chiron it doesn’t work properly but the seller is sending me the replacement parts so I can get it running

This printer is old technology using rod and roller bearings for the axes, I had one like this when I started and wouldn't advise it frankly - with 3d printers you get what you pay for and that printer won't give you either accuracy or reliability and you will probably wind up throwing it through the window in frustration.

Rather look at something like this if you want a big printer

It says used but they seem to have a constant supply of them, I suspect this is their way round a retail price maintenance agreement with Creality.

This is the same printer I currently use and it is very accurate and reliable as you will see from the models I produce.

I sort of got it for the off chance a bigger one would be needed over the one we have, but we also have a resin printer now, so at some point I will start printing figures, though it’s likely I will just buy files for what I need rather than design them myself, starting with Russian figures
