Appreciate the best wishes lads, I really do.

Nothing I can do now but accept it, and look to make any future as good of a compromise as it can be.
Sure, the world is full of outwardly successful folks with paralysis, but what we dont see id the loss of dignity and struggles that it takes to get to that point .

Tell your family , tell your friends, its the worst feeling to watch on with helplessness as a nurse manually assists your child with a bowel movement that he cant feel.........do not let them go through this for lack of a lesson.

For a seatbelt...............

Kick the ball..........walk in the park...........take the stairs...........have a shit & enjoy it................but dont take it for granted.

Cheers guys

Shit, Herman, I'm so sorry to hear that. My best wishes for your son and your family, and if there's anything that any of us can ever do, let us know. We're all here for you insofar as we can be.

Thank you for letting us know what you and your family are going through with this tragedy. It makes me (us) feel very helpless and inadequate to try and do anything that could possibly help; but you have to know that our thought and prayers are with all of you. This shouldn't have to happen to anyone, and it hurts worse when it happens to someone we admire. Please give yourself and your family our very best wishes and thoughts. -Mike
