Hi all, from Torbay...

Post by Bazbro »

Hi all,
I'm in Torbay, UK and have had a lifelong love of "tanks". I've made Tamiya models in the past and actually won a model-making competition with a diorama of a broken down Hummel in a winter landscape.
The comparatively recent access to reasonably priced RC tanks has encouraged me to buy a Taigen Tiger I, purely for my own pleasure, to run about the garden - I have no "battle ambitions"!
I'm hoping that I can get some "technical help" with my setup.

Welcome, Baz, and to the land of Fawlty Towers (or was it Farty Towels?).
Yes, using 'tank' as a 'thanks' substitute is...er...let's say, somewhat familiar :D But nae bother.
Sounds like you've come to exactly the right place to indulge yourself. Indulge away :thumbup:

Baz Welcome to the Forum :thumbup: :wave: :clap:
A Taigen Tiger 1, well there's a novelty I think the last time we had one of those was about the same time as "Tank u very much got an outing" :lolno:
The good news is that you are now acting on a larger stage with a Worldwide audience so your patter is going to be fresh to some of our members,
Talking of Members did you hear the one about------ :{
Enjoy the Forum and please ask lots of questions.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:
