Hi really new to this got first tank Taigen panther from Nitrotek ( big mistake) great looking tank but idler wheel came of still trying to sort it with them. But I am hooked so will look elsewhere to get my next one live in Kent

Hi Munfred, welcome along.
Is the idler broken or just come apart?
The reason I ask is that that the adjuster on standard idlers are made out of cheese, I’ve broken quite a few, especially on grass.
I ended up upgrading to Henntec adjusters that are far more robust.
Forgebear (Dave) on here runs Forgebear tanks, if you check out his website he may have one in stock.
If not you could go to Guido Henn directly via his website, the whole thing is in German though & can be quite daunting having to use Google translate to make sense of it all, best idea is just to contact him directly, his English is better than mine lol & he is very helpful.

Wayne thanks for the advise. It just came apart so I will look at Forgebear first then off to Guido if that doesn’t work wibblywobbly glad I’m not alone with Nitrotek from what I’m reading it’s quite a big club

Did try hentec adjusters at Forgebear but they show track adjusters from what I can see where you put the idler wheel into the receptor there seems to be a place for a grub screw on the side or the receptor to hold it in have tried to attach a photo not sure it worked

Am I on the right lines looking for a grub screw to do the job or do I keep looking down the adjuster route still fighting the battle with Nitrotek but fear it maybe a loosing one
