Abbot is one of the FV430 series which includes the FV432 APC, chassis is pretty much the same but of a slightly lower profile than the APC. They are long gone from service but seem to be popular for the Tank driving experience companys. Rolls Royce K60 engine if I remember right

Thanks for the information Nick,I know very little about British Armor of any period.What decade was this considered a front line Tank? Sax

Abbot was not a Tank as such, was a 105mm Self propelled Gun used by the Royal Artillery. Think they went out of service in the 1980's.
