Hi gang. I finally got around to applying my waterslide transfers to my Challenger II last week and I have to say I'm really not impressed. They seemed to be the wrong size, in some cases a poor colour choice and at least one decal appeared to be missing from the sheet. Do any of you know please of any Challenger II decals available in 1/16 or any paint masks please so that I can airbrush on the basic designs.

Just saying. Lol
 That's got to be the way to go. They look superb and 100% real.

The ones I need to replicate are pretty crude so I will have a try at it. Thank you.

I can give an unbiased thumbs up  to Rads workmanship and he is always willing to go one step further to keep the customer happy.

Yep, if you want me to try to make anything, let me know. As long as it does not have a very intrincate design, I might be able to do it.

If you know anyone with a Silhouette cutter any decal can de reproduced bar the very tiny ones. Going to do my Late KT soon. Painting is much better , easy to give the ID numbers a worn look and easy to touch up. They will never lift or silver.

If you go to E-Bay you can find little sponges on sticks that are ideal for painting over stencils.

Wow, believe or not, I did not know that tip! It is something worth trying!

I avoid using Paint brushes instead I use a Pentel Paint Pen and a sponge,
Depending on the size of the Mask decides which size pen to use, they are perfect for the outer edge of the mask and the Sponge fills the centre of the Mask or when using Stencils carefully tracing the edge of the stencil with the Paint Pen and filling the centre using the sponge avoids paint going under the stencil.
I go to www.cassart.co.uk for the Pentel Paint Pens and they sell large size tubes of Acrylic Paint although sadly not much in the hues we use in our hobby.
But a very good source of art accessories.
