Looking at the sensor tower and the stowed piece by the turret top , the tow cable ends and the used track I would guess this was originally tan and appears to be a well used unit repainted before being sent as even the unit markings haven't yet been applied.

Reading the article looks like this is going to be part of prepositioned stock for use be different units as they are assigned tours there just like those sent to Germany.

Bet the Russians are really pissed off that we are doing that in Lithuania, a country that borders Russia.

Yes. That is most probably a repainted M1A2.

The tan parts are:

- CROWS-2 in folded position
- M240 TUSK mount
- DUKE antenna
