It does indeed, yeah.
In fact that's the Technikmuseum Sinsheim, been there three times already. They even have a machine that let's you 'drive' a mounted Panther by turning it's turret, moving the tracks. It's really cool and gives you a feeling of what terror one must have felt when facing such a beast heads on.

Yes, I agree that it is "normal for a model builder to overlook the things that turned out well and concentrate on the things that are still to improve." In my case, that means a lot of the latter concentration. You have done a great job on your Königstiger.
