Thank you Terry
Just a drop in the Ocean
To think, I wasn't that interested in RC till I saw that Tiger 1 in weekly parts, just after I finished purchasing a 4 foot tall tyrannosaurus skeleton in weekly parts. I worked out how much the tiger would cost, then decided to check out online to see if I could do better lol.

I forget how I stumbled upon R/C tanks but it's been fun. I just wish I had more time to enjoy them. You know I have a T-34 that's never been run? It's just sat for the last couple years since I got it. My Torro M16, ran it once just to make sure it ran! Been parked since. Sold my Sherman FireFly build, and my Tiger build. Painless got my Tiger and finished it up. I made brass fenders from scratch on that thing! My King Tiger has been in pieces since I got my 1/16 scale Trumpeter KT kit that I was going to make R/C. So many plans, absolutely no time at all.Son of a gun-ner wrote:Thank you Terry

Well, I've been steadily picking up the stuff I need for my planned builds, only trouble is, I've gained new build ideas as I've progressed lol. Far too much temptation in this hobby

Mick I've seen a few paper panzer versions. Like mine but with a smaller gun, 88mm from a Tiger, I guess the sky's the limit with these heavy beasts....
Tanks alot....
Re: Oh no, yet another Torro Tiger purchase. . . .
Yup, I know the problem. When re-packing stuff I discovered I'd got about a 70l box full of Sherman parts...... Plus the Hooben one that actually runs.Son of a gun-ner wrote:Well, I've been steadily picking up the stuff I need for my planned builds, only trouble is, I've gained new build ideas as I've progressed lol. Found several pics of this odd type of tank.
But it’s a dry heat!
