There's enough to get real close though as we have some side and back views with dimensions. So we have a starting point.

The size of the armoured box would be needed, otherwise you're just eyeballing it off of the sketch view.

Still can't find any info on the upwards angle of the front of the trailer - it seems like a lot of the scratch builds out there have modelled the frame flat, where as it does appear to have a slight bend just before the box...

according to my knowledge, the trailer is just a square box on wheels. The front size does not have an angle (just 90 degree). The drawing/design is very good looking !!

It’s the angle of the frame that’s missing, on photos it kicks up a bit

Yup its very subtle, but the uplift is there. Right now I've just kinked it up at the box edge by about 5 deg or so, but when I get time I'll go back and make it a more gradual curve.

Right now I have a 2x5x2.5 ball bearing in the dummy drum brake housings, not too sure how well that will work out for alignment so we'll have to see... I'm also having to model the M3 halftrack rim and corresponding tire, as they are different to what I've got done so far :problem: (the Dodge WC rim is in there as place holder for now)

I'm in 2 minds about the box lid - if I did it to scale, it would be about 0.4mm thick which would just curl up as soon as the Sun sees it. I could leave the lid off and let people model it in plasticard, or as I'm kind of lazy, maybe make the edges thin and then thicken it considerably like its a plug in the top - won't be able to open, but might take bright sunlight and warmth a bit better (the sides and frame width are way more than scale thickness for this reason!)

Anybody got any leads on suitable metal eyelets for the Lunnete?

The round towing eye: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tow_hitch ... nette_ring

(google search finds very non-automotive products :wtf: I guess with the tow ball being more common theses days, the term has fallen out of use...)

Scale size would probably be tiny, but lets say no more than 6mm outside diameter for the loop.
