LGB Train goes RC and pump up to 1:16 :-)

Post by xhelfix »

Hey ho,

at my playground i often use the train to transport something, smal Tanks ore other stuff.

Because of space, i use 45mm LGB tracks.
Alos i converte them to RC.
Steamtrain needs a battery waggon, the diesel is in front big enougth for an smal lipo.

But...the locos are mutch to smal, so i make the decision to take the tracks like smal "Grubenbahn" tracks.

So i make 2 locos, both based an LGB.
A smal steam train, and a diesel one.

The steam train original:

My conversion, just a bitt higher, that 1:16 scale people can use it :-)

And the battery waggon:

other waggons:

And on the playground, in russian hands :-)

And the second one, the LGB diesel loco. Original to low for 1:16:

So pump it up:

On the playground:

And here are 2 videos, the steam train:

And diesel:

Both works pretty good and looks mutch better then the smal LGB once.

That's extraordinary! Soon Burt Lancaster will be working his devilment to blow up the track, as in "The Train."

That is so cool Andy, especially with the figures!

To our good Herr Dr., that made me laugh and laugh X2! ;)

Cheers,
Eric.
