The tracks are Canadian Dry Pin type. They wouldn't have been wartime factory issue, they were either fitted by the museum or at least during service.

They do look like Panzer III, IV tracks. The VVSS suspension M4 and variants used around a dozen different tracks, some with rubber pads and some with steel treads/cleats. Yet I find nothing that resembles those "Panzer" tracks.
