An Italian Duet in 1/16 RC: M13/40 and Autoblinda AB41

This section is for builds that are not strictly Tamiya or Heng Long. For instance, replacing the electronics from a WSN or Matorro, or even a scratch-build.

A little more details of both builds.

For being safe, the track was tested intensely.

The upper hull is very easy to assemble and the turret have ball bearing above and below the turret ring for better rotation.

After mounting the turret drive the M13/40 build is roughly finished.

At the Autoblinda the doors and head light covers are moveable…

For easy turret rotation ball bearings are used.

Both big parts plugged together and sealed with the bottom.

A double feast for the eyes, Freddy   As I looked at the M13/40, I began to think I was looking at the Russian T-26. :D However, it seems that the M13 was heavily influenced by the British Vickers 6-Ton tank (which also became the license-built Russian T-26).
There's much to admire here!.

Thank you very much for your reply
You´re right! Many of the early tank designs were influenced by the Britisch tanks (Vickers 6-ton and Christie), therefore tanks like the T-26, M13/40 or 7-TP are very similar (at least the suspension).
