Ralf, did you make this buckle-like device or did you buy it somewhere? What a fine detail.

Hello Dr Professor :)

This is photo etch parts from Voyager Model , i use them a lot

WWII German clamps & clasp early type , Upgrade Series PE 16001

MK Modellbau in germany have these clambs in 3d Print version open and closed and i saw them in some shop in shapeways

Sure enough! I found them here in the US on eBay. I will also see if they are available through Andy's here in the US. Thank you for the help!
