I'm a remote control tank enthusiast from China .Because my English is limited, it is unavoidable to make a statement error. Please forgive me.
I recently got a RAMII tank transformation kit in the form of Web mailing. This kit is made of resin molds. So it looks like he's more fragile.
After two weeks of waiting, I received the package.A simple box is heavy crush.I opened the package with a complex mood. It's just as I expected it to be.

After communicating with the merchant, he said he wanted to re - mail the body parts. And I'd like to buy other parts by the way.
I didn't get his reply because of poor communication. And he closed the sales channel to China.I want to apologize to Vandra here.
Since I can't contact Vandra again, I can't get his email back.I can only try to repair the car body. It's good that the car body looks like it can be used.

The restored RAM II components are displayed as follows.

Then I started building. First, I put two antenna interfaces.

Image

Then I installed the gun shield.

Image

I'm going to use the Henglong controller on this tank. Because the Henglong controller is cheaper. So I matched the artillery with the Henglong artillery expansion mechanism.
Because Henglong tanks are produced in China, I can easily get cheap accessories.

Image

The turret, Henglong telescopic gun system was proved suitable.

Image

I give the gun turret mounted Henglong pitching mechanism. And install the pitching device locator in the kit.
Image

Then I installed the hatch of the turret.I bore the hinges of the hatch's lid to make it open.
Image

The cover of the hatch is closed, and I will dig it through.

Image

The body after the hatch is dug.

Image

The hatch hinges on both sides of the car body are hinged.

Image

For me I'm a dentist, so I used dental stainless steel wire production shaft and body handle.

Image

Cut the hatch of the rear engine and keep the hatch cover.

Image

The rotating shaft was made with ABS tube and dental stainless steel wire.

Image

The driving hatch is made in the same way.Made around the periscope. It is fixed in the inside with a screw.

Image

Load the Henglong turret rotating server into the front of the body. There is a screw on top of it, this is the driver's periscope fixed.

Image

In the same way, the machine gun turret is made into an active hatch.

The open state of all the hatches of a vehicle.

Because I want to use the Henglong controller, I can't use the rudder. I designed a set of mechanical structures to drive the machine gun turret.
Image
Use computer software to design the components that need to be used.
Image
Image
Use 3D printing to produce the parts that need to be used.
Image
Image
A small deceleration motor is selected and purchased.
Image
Install the components into the car body and debug.

A very warm Welcome to the Forum
Please don't apologise for your English, I would suggest that most of us would be pushed very hard to say more than a few words of Chinese.

You are a BUILDER and I know of no higher praise
A brilliant repair that many when first seeing the damage would have placed in the bin,

I also try to make all the hatches of a build working,
I discovered some years ago that for detailed work I needed fine tools and by accident I discovered a Dental tool supplier on the Web.
I don't need to tell you how useful dental tools are because your detailed work shows that good tools and Skillful use of them can work magic.
If you have any questions please ask and if you have helpful modelling information we would love to read it.
Once again welcome.
Shaun.

Good morning and Welcome to the Forum!
You have done a great and solid job repairing a kit which some folks would have trashed. Being in China and being a tank modeler, you have a leg up on most of us. ( Sort of like fancying Doughnuts and your father owns a Bakery ;o) Very interesting work adapting the mechanics to work the MG turret. Following along!
regards,
Painless

Impressive work fixing the damage to the hull, I'm glad you managed to save it. It looks like reassembling a broken egg. You've come up with a brilliant engineering solution for the machinegun turret too, the linkage reminds me of the inside of a car's windscreen wipers!

Louis recently also built this kit, you can see how he tackled this kit here. It might give you some ideas or help you solve some problems.

Great job on the repairs. If the joints aren't strong enough, you could easily reinforce with mesh and epoxy from the inside and being a tank the outside fix with mr surfacer is always a nice option.
The mg turret rotation mechanism looks like Jules Verne.

Today I fixed the shape of the turret. The turret looks better and smoother.
The turret has a larger appearance than the actual ratio.Because tall so it appears more powerful and imposing. This turret is acceptable except for a few errors on either side.
