Behind the scenes

Wanted to check in and let everyone know I'm a bit busy these days with a new job that is very rewarding yet challenging.

As a result I've had little time to devote to the hobby and forum I like so much.

But as we speak I have several new builds lined up and wanted to offer a sneak peek.

One build I've coveted for a long while Image

Yes I know it's not accurate but it just seems so right to me....

The first is a Panzer III what if waffentrager that includes Rads Steel custom made one off lower hull, steel 4:1 Taigen metal gearboxes Heng Long upper and of course Mr Alwyn Turner designed a very special 88mm for my build. I wanted to make a panzer 46' ....

I was so impressed with Alwyns Nashorn I had to get another gun.

Stian made me a special tk-60 with some panther sounds, a custom speaker....

In the background is Tom's brummbar I'm rebuilding.

Trying to find time will be a challenge but I'll make it workImage

I've also added Tom's jagdsturmtiger kit and a metal panther G. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Very nice!

Looks like Tom had a good clear out...

Love the waffentrager. That’s my favourite out of the bunch.

Carl, your Waffentraeger will be excellent!
This I believe, could be one of the thousand ideas of the last days the weapon industries of the falling Reich made...

An interesting "what-if", Carl. I hope that gun isn't going to traverse 360°, firing it broadside would flip the little Panzer III chassis! :haha:

These are some great looking models. Is the Brummbär a pz iv with a Brumm kit?
