Panther Gs Detail upgrades

This section is for builds that are not strictly Tamiya or Heng Long. For instance, replacing the electronics from a WSN or Matorro, or even a scratch-build.

Long time no update. Well, there were plenty of life projects going on. Meanwhile I found the odd half an hour to work on the left side fenders and put them on now. Making them fit gave me some headache and I hope they will be sturdy enough. I hope the backside details will be a bit more straight forward. And after reading Mr Kirk's Panther weld line experience. Mine are missing on the already painted turret as well. #madImage

Here you go, one from the stowage bins done. Delicate enough, and too much so to be workable. But the added detail still looks nice. The atak Zimmer to put on now.ImageImage

In between got these two fellas. Redundant in parts. But all drawings are in there and as they say "in scale" Image

Hey there folks. Went ahead with the back zim. Needed to increase the section around the back hatches and tweek the various parts around the exhausts. I was thinking about changing to cast 3xhaust covers for the difference. But not worth it for me. So just added some weld lines and a touch of texture. Getting closer. Good thing about the Panzer tracts, it has all the parts inside. Large crow bar should be 180cm. Easy now to get the proper size. Also a nice top down view for the cover on top the driver/radioman. Etc.ImageImage

Wheels got their highlight coat and hull prepared for suspension madness. At least I can properly paint the sides now ImageImageImage
