I can see this will be the Alkett version with the 5 side gun shield. A Skoda 47mm gun in 1/16 is a first and a model on its own. I am curious to see what RC function can be given to the gun while still keeping a realistic fighting compartment that can become a running diorama with accessories and figures.
thanks,
Louis, you have recognized exactly! This is the early type of
Panzerjäger I with the 5 sided shield, the later one used 7 shields.
The original Skoda gun is very complex constructed and therefore will be very filigree in 1/16. I didn't found a solution for the recoil in this tiny gun, but for elevation and traverse movement I found a drive (light gray colored in the drawing pictures); that'll be shown later
Inside the compartment it is very cramped but I'll try to place a commander and a gunner next to the gun.
Cheers,
