Jnewboy Customs ~ 4 Cats
I have a big task ahead, many times I have built 2 tanks at once, but this time... I decided to mass produce! 4 tanks at once, 3 Jagdpanthers and 1 Panther!
One of these is a gift for my amazing father who is turning 70 one month from now, so the clock is ticking!
I have a good start already! all have had the ridiculous henglong outer wheels removed and the wonky gun mantlet on the Jagdpanthers.

I have casted all the replacement wheels and gun mantlets and am now ready to remove the front lower glacis plates as they must be set at the correct angle which gives the panther and Jagdpanther their distinct sharp aggressive look I've always loved!

I agree with Kaczor. But why stop at four? Are you trying to pretend that you are sane? Go nuts! Start with, say, an even dozen.

Oh I did consider doing all my Panthers at once but I decided to pace myself, I dont want to get burnt out
4 tanks at once is a lot of tracks to paint!!!

Well so far I have removed the front ends and will be moving the gear boxes back to accommodate the new lower plate angle...

The fun begins. Those tracks look cool all lined up next to each other. Like a tank factory floor.

Exactly! By doing all these at once I'm getting the true German factory experience of 1944! (minus the bombs falling)Jimster wrote:The fun begins. Those tracks look cool all lined up next to each other. Like a tank factory floor.

Well... I'm back!
Got really busy there for a bit, then moved my studio. Here is the new space!

So I since the last post I have done a lot, I push the Panther off for the moment to focus on the three Jagdpanthers.
Here they are:

You will notice the center one is a lot more custom, it is to be the exact Jagdpanther the Americans captured and is now at Aberdeen. All three will be very different but they all share the same base color of DG3 (44).
So yeah, I'm back!
