The A was not just a cupola change it was a general turret redesign, Look at the sides of the trunion housing, Ausf D has a C shape that extended out from the housing whereas the A had a thinner C shape/bevelled edge that went inwards

The number of changes made during production of each variant is just bonkers
It must have been a nightmare for maintenance crews

Sure must have been . Panthers of all versions were still in frontline service right to the end too, so no respite from the pressure to keep them in the line,

PRIMER !!
Nothing like it for defining progress.
All the pins & chains are on, and there are a few :/
The last of the mock rivets on the blade are now secured, just need trimming to finish, then primer.
Its goin ok now.....................
Yellow asap ;)

Nice! It looks as if it’s sitting at the tank factory awaiting it’s final coat of paint.

It's really coming together. I will say I am beyond impressed with that dozer blade. Some serious skill went into making and mounting that.

Thanks for the credit Mr Von Moof, it sure turned out better once completed than I hoped.
As long as the mounts are solid, thats a win
