I believe if you ordered the Tamiya sprue it came with the parts you need for about £8.

I'd not thought of that.

I've not looked at Tamiya parts as I did not know they were available separately or correct for a Sherman 1 as they only do the M4A3 and the Israeli "super" sherman which has a different engine.

Where do you buy them from?

The M4 105mm they do has a radial engine and has the parts for the engine deck and rear engine panel separate, about £8 for the sprue.

I buy mine from axels in Germany or wheelspin models, time tunnel models uk.

Thanks Ad Lav. I've found the sprue on time tunnel.

I'm not sure the exhaust parts will work with the smoke unit but its still worth buying for the air filters alone.
