Today I did a pin wash with dark brown from Mig Jimenez and there are really a lot of rivets on this tank Image

I then added the counterweight to the 75mm gun that I made out of some parts from an old door stop. ( nothing wrong with being green and Image)

I added some olive drab along with some Vallejo acrylics brown filter and oiled earth wash.

I have to add some streaking grime and dry pigments to the metal surfaces.

During the course of the day this particular piece of armour fell into enemy hands and is now a Wehrmacht fighting vehicle.

I've always wanted to make a beutepanzer out of a Sherman variant and this just happened to call out to me. No worries I still have much to do with it. Have to order the headlights and guards, the tools and horn.

And the electronics of course.Image

Cheers

Its funny how these things happen Mike. Its still an American classic ( I think)lol, still I think they just borrowed the Lee for the fatherland. I researched M-3 Lee markings and I happened to come across many in German service I really liked. Image
