So after tinkering with my 1/35 tiger which is controlled by a fly sky 6 channel radio ( also for my boat fleet) have decided to ditch the taigen 2.4 and go for some proper radio/control boards. Was thinking of Clark tk22 but seeing as out of stock every where and seem a bit of faff with whole tv remote thing going on am swaying towards an IBU2.

Good choice Ferny, I'm sure your love it. Read through the manual a couple of times first. Unlike me who rushes straight in. Once you've done that there simples to use and especially good with the two speaker set up.

Excellent choice IMHO, I got a tk22 for my Nashorn, then found I had to spend another £25 for the programmer :'( :'( , I should have got an IBU2 pro! Still too late really - lesson learned!

That's reassuring to hear! Will use fitting it as an opportunity to completely renovated all the electrics as they are a bit of a mess! Will probably re paint as well as have never been 100% happy with it.

Ok so while I'm waiting for new board to arrive I have been thinking if I'm also going to replace the stock speaker I should also replace the volume control as mine is a bit hit and miss. Does anyone know the max resistance ? As I intend to replace it with much better potentiometer.

Thanks Jon
