For the hull I draw and ordered decals with factory markings based on 1/35 decal set. I'm sure there are some misspelled Russian words

Meanwhile I sanded off all details in the back side of the hull as M4A2 had different exhaust than M4A3. Muffler will be ordered from Shapeways - I couldn't draw this complicated tangle of pipes:

Little progress - mufflers have arrived. Two are for my friend who is building two early M4A2s from Africa.

I like the toning you have done on the top of turret and then the darker green for the sides

It's not toning, it's just light in the workshop. Now there is only basecoat without any weathering
