Vintage Tamiya Porsche King Tiger.

Post by FredtheFrench »

Hi there.

This the beginning of a new project. I bought this tank to a friend. It will stay static and will serve to be recovered by my bergepanther.

For moment, I start again all wheels, because these was glued by the first builder before my friend buy this tank. It was a hard work, but all wheels works now...

I have glued a zimmerit kit from Atak.

I removed all the old paint job with a great liquid product who does not damage steel, aluminium, plastic and glue, but destroy the layers of paint very faster.

Cutting and deformation of schurtzens.

2 differents anti mine mesh kits for rear deck.

Cutting right front fender.

Muzzle brake cover.

Thanks for your messages guys.

This Tiger behind my bergepanther is just an oversize load... :D

Nobody go to Saumur june 8-9 ? Some models will be display, with the others models of friends during the annual model show.

I know it is the 75s commemorations of d-day, but this year I will go in Normandy only in summer.

Fred.
