Wpl ural truck

Heng Long/WPL are now manufacturing 1/16 scale RC trucks, so it seemed sensible to create a forum area dedicated to the amazing things that members are doing with them. Post your builds, mods, and tips here.

Wpl ural truck

Post by Sub »

Hi chaps.
Has anyone bought the WPL Ural truck in kit form yet ?.
I am looking at one and was wondering if it had the metal upgrades as standard ie drive shafts and axles etc.

Hey Sub,

The RTR version defiantly does have metal gears. I've not seen a tear down of the kit though, but would make sense if it did!

That's the video that convinced me to buy one. It's in transit right now.

Does the two speed gearbox fit in without mods?
