Great detailing  I like the multiple anti-Tank 'potato masher', as well as the the Walther P38 pistol (my Son owns one of those, and I've enjoyed firing it down at the range in Zürich :) )

Sweet shooting with very light recoil. Pain in the butt to load up the magazine with 25 rounds. It’s only semi automatic but is still very rewarding to shoot.
Didn’t mean to hijack the thread.

Handsome looking Schmeisser  They can be had in Switzerland, but chambered for .22LR.
Here's my Lad's P38. These handguns were popular German tankers, and much easier to field strip than the Luger.

Here's the Luger (but Swiss version)

Edit: as a footnote, for any memebers old enough to remember the 'Man from Uncle' (Robert Vaughn, David McCallum), the gun they used was actually a disguised P38. :D

...and here's the Walther PPK. originally it was designed for Police use (Police Pistol-Detective / Polizeipistole Kriminalmodell ), but popular with officers in WW2. Later, of course, with 007 :D Quite why, I don't know, 'cause it's hard to hit anything with one accurately, beyond 15m, (even if you're handy with pistols) because the barrel's so short (kurz) :D It's a close up defensive weapon. Forget knocking some distant sniper off a rooftop with one of these. :haha:

I bought this as a present for my Son- to add to his collection of functional WW2 weaponry. They're also useful as a basis for detailing 1/16 miniatures. Well, that's my excuse. :D
