HL Commander figure redux

Post by capt midnight »

I was painting some helmets I had cast up to use as stowage on some of my tanks and I started thinking about a picture I had come across while searching for some camo ideas. It was of a Pz3 or 4 commander, in his cupola, running down the road hell bent for leather. He was leaning into the wind and it was really a dynamic picture. I got to wondering if I could get the standard HL figure to resemble that picture so I figured I'd git it a shot.

Here's the result.

Actually a great idea or those of us terrified to have a go at face painting. Might have to give that a try!

I love the figure, but face painting is not as difficult as people imagine. They are not masterpieces by any stretch of the imagination, but have a look at my thread "painting faces"
