You can enter Photos 6( maximum) plus one video of your build. The video can be 2 minutes long. ( shorter if you so choose)
If you don't want to or have no video feel free to enter with 8 photos.(maximum) no video is needed. There is no photo minimum but at least one will help

Submissions will be allowed until the 7th.
Let's have fun

Re: TOTM MAY competition submission thread
Hello
I joined the forum in April and this is my first tank. It is a Taigen late production Panzer VI Tiger 1. It has been re-painted and all the electronics have been upgraded.
I started work on this video about four weeks ago inspired by last months competition... (so it was filmed and edited to last months rules as a stand alone video) Because it is suddenly to long for the new rules I have not added the maximum number of pictures. It is just under 4 mins long so I hope this is ok, I really don't want to cut it in half! I put allot of time and work into this video for the fun of making it and to teach myself how to edit, so please please watch my video and watch it on the actual YouTube site if possible (Bigger picture!) I would really appreciate some views and feedback!
And by popular demand: A version with the sound track removed. Engine noise only.
Open Panzer tank control board
X2 hobbyking 45A speed controllers.
Benedini sound. Class D amp running x2 3.5" 8ohm 10w speakers. Scratch built air tight boxes fixed to upper hull. Speakers running at 12V
Tarr smoke unit
added 360 turret rotation
metal lower hull, suspension, tracks, drive sprockets, gun barrel
Etched grills
Repainted inside and out.
Added splash guards around the inside of the lower hull
TGY-IS6 10ch radio using I-bus receiver
Although I am pleased with how the tank has turned out so far, it is still a work in progress.
Many thanks, and please watch my video on YouTube if you can, I would really appreciate some feedback.

Re: TOTM MAY competition submission thread
Welcome along and thanks for entering.
For me the video is great, tAnk looks great but the soundtrack music ruins the effect and quality of the tAnk sounds.
Trying to be constructive and helpful, great editing job and love the tank.

Yes indeed it's a beauty Once you find a different medium to post pictures other than the dreaded photobucket you will be able to show off your pictures!

Re: TOTM MAY competition submission thread
The tank sounds awesome, I would scrap the music. Photobucket is no longer of any use when trying to post forum pics, the best route is to upload a pic directly on to the forum.

Re: TOTM MAY competition submission thread
Taking part in the new form of the monthly competition here’s my scratch built Centurion Mk.III, playing an important role in the Korean War taking place in the early 50th.
I´ve designed it in 3D-CAD first for making a model kit, consisting mostly of milled styrene and printed/casted parts.
Electrics are still from HL (RX-18, 27 Mhz) an Mato gears.
But be lenient - the video was made by the worst cameraman/producer ever
Cheers,
Freddy

Re: TOTM MAY competition VOTE
How do you you choose between these 3 other than with a blindfolded choice? I keep looking for an "all the above" option on the poll...!
