Started painting the headlight brackets, first with etch primer, as they were brass, then grey primer and then the Berlin cammo colours to match in with the pattern on the front of the hull, still to add the white.

Hi.
Finished painting the front light assembly and headlights and started to fit them all back together, a few pics of them and a test of the sidelight wiring, and direction indicators added.

Hi.
A few pics of the now fitted headlamp assemblies, a little touching up spraying to do but they are now attached to the hull.
Started to fit the periscope glass, just commander and gunners sight done, just 10 more to do...

Hi,
Finally managed to get all the front and rear lights wired up
Left / right turn indicators, marker lights front and rear, brake lights, headlights and main beam lights.
A couple of short vids showing them ( hopefully).

Great to see all the functionality you've packed in Sub, really nice work. The best thing about more modern vehicles is all the extra bells and whistles you can control, especially with more advanced electronics like the TCB.
If you remove the spaces between the tags, you should be able to embed the videos directly into your post, should go like this:

Hi Mr Raminator.
Thx for the comments and interest, you are quite right about modern (ish) AFV and tanks there is so much choice and scope for functionality, sadly not many people look into them which in my view is a shame.
There are only so many WW2 German vehicles that you can look at without seeing the same thing over again just with subtle differences and paint schemes no matter how nicely done. ( I also have WW2 German and US vehicles by the way).
No problem if thats what you want to do.
Its just there are other unusual things out there, i like the German shows they have some stunning self propelled guns there etc, yet you see none over here.
Thats why i build the unusual, no one else has them most of the time and its different to look at and provides a more varied view to spectators at shows etc.
It also gives you more of a challenge getting all the doo dads working
Too
It takes all sorts for the hobby though.
I actually did what you mentioned regarding the video and the example you gave is identicle to what i posted, so not quite sure what you meant.
Regards.
