That dear Freddy is an absolute masterpiece. It looks like it came straight out of a Tamiya box. Top marks, and don't be afraid of electrics, if you can plug in an RX18, you can plug in any of the aftermarket boards, they all use the same plugs and are a doddle to set up. Having realistic rumbling engine sounds would be the icing on the cake. :thumbup:

A little update of the M48A2C (my Magach 2) build.

The used M1A2 metal tracks are almost matching with the M48, but the rubber pads have the wrong shape. Therefore I made a test with using 3D printed pads instead.

First the metal tracks disassembled…

Yes, it's possible to get the exchangeable links, but they're pricey, because they're solid, need a lot of material and printing time.
