You, sir, are truly a first rate engineer! I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such a level of mechanical modeling sorcery.

Well, the structure of this idler tensioner is exactly like a real mechanic. And I think this is already in the category of arts and crafts as a model. Do you write the blueprints in advance when making these parts?

Thank you Sir!

I tried to make them resemble the real parts with the adjustments need to make them functional and compatible with the Tamiya parts.
My biggest concern was not to weaken the Tamiya Idler Arm and Road Wheel Suspension Arm where they might fail.

I do quite often make drawings/blueprints to help me visualize before starting hoping to avoid some of the possible pitfalls.
