Leopard 2A6 build series has begun!!

Post by StumpyBloke »

Nice one looking forward to this. I have never known anybody that can talk so long, and digress so much, yet somehow it all makes sense LOL… I approve of this, and admire the skill!

I built this one myself a few years ago, and whilst I’m not really down with the tank itself, I prefer World War II stuff, the way Tamiya put it together is really good.

LOL if I was as good at model building as I am at talking the tank would already be done! Glad you're enjoying Bloke!

I see you struggling with the lights, mostly having to hold them for minutes on end while the glue sets.. Get Tenax 7R Dangit! Your killing me!!!

https://www.ebay.com/itm/SAME-STUFF-LIQ ... 2529737493

That is the same stuff, it flows out incredibly fast and holds like the IRS holds onto your money!! your parts will not, I repeat your parts will not break off later like stupid glue does! you will have no need for clamps!!

Here are some applicators: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Flex-i-File-07 ... 2371478763

I use a glass syringe but it acts the same way..

A bonus for you: https://www.ebay.com/itm/8V-12V-0402-06 ... 3211479282

Thanks man, I ordered the glue and applicator.

Question on the LEDs? do I just desolder the ones on the light board and solder the leads from these in place?
Please, I beg you get this glue, I will make your friend list I am sure! :haha: :haha: :haha:

Cheers!

P.S. you can bend the fiber cable with a heat gun..
