Some more History Channels

Post by Tiger6 »

Came across this channel while continuing my research into the Battle of the Bulge:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCrnt6O ... nqOIKqPFTQ
Quite old (1993), but its a ride along with the late author of "The Devil's Adjutant" (an interesting retired General in his own right) along the route of Kampfgruppe Peipper, which has details that even the 'Dual in the Mist' series does not have.

Another channel worthy of looking into is:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCSPWS6 ... _8-m7NvE-Q
In depth walkarounds of the major battles of Guadalcanal, including the actual locations of the big scenes from 'The Thin Red Line' and 'The Pacific' that depicted that conflict.

...and here's another. With this one you can go on a walkthough tour of a german U-Boat. It's well worth a twenty minute 'stroll'.
