IBU2U problem with cannon sound, please help

Postby angel gonzalez » Mon Nov 04, 2019 11:26 am

Please, I relly need some help.

I have started to install it and the problem is the cannon sound. Sometimes it sounds when fired, sometimes no cannon sound. Cannon recoil servo always works well.
Everything else works fine.
I have gone through the calibration process several times, no results.
I am using a Ni-Mh battery. I have swapped batteries, but no changes.
Radio is also OK on batteries.

Please help. I have no idea what the issue is. Sometimes it works well for several shots, sometimes it misfires, no sound, also for one or two shots. Recoil servo always works.

Thank you in advance.

What make and model of tank is it installed in? I know there can be issues, depending on the original wiring

I will leave it to those who are familiar with the IBU2, of whom there are a few on the forum.

I would also be interested in the answer to this as a couple of my ibu2 boards have randomly had this problem, I just put it down to a glitch in the software :problem: it's no real big issue as it usually works the next time that it's activated but it would be good to know why it does it

Cheers, Lee.
