Hi all I'm trying to relate a military regiment to my an officers swagger stick/cane I thought maybe someone on here could shed some light on it please.

That's not from a Regiment as such. It's an officer's swagger stick from the RFC (Royal Flying Corps). I suppose it dates back to the period between 1912 and 1918, after which time the RFC merged with the RNAS Royal Naval Air Service), to become the RAF.

RNAS Culdrose exists as an operational base flying out Merlin helicopters, possibly the biggest helicopter base in Europe. One of my brothers was based there with 821/822 Squadron.
It was the Army Flying Corp which combined with the Navy Squadrons to form the RAF, possible why the swagger stick came to be so marked.
The Royal Navy regain their air role in 1937.
